Hi there. I'm Clara, your therapist and artistic soul rolled into one. In our time together, my aim is to create a space for comfort and understanding while promoting both discovery and heightened awareness.


My focus is on adults, couples, adolescents, performers/artists, trauma-survivors, POC (people of color), with an emphasis in AANPHI (Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander).    I specialize in addressing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, attachment, conflicts, stress, PTSD, and more. As a trained EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I harness the power of this innovative, evidence-based technique to guide individuals through the healing process, particularly in trauma and negative belief systems.


I center my practice on a collaborative, holistic approach, working closely with you to identify obstacles, explore strengths, find healing, gain insight, and become empowered. A judgment-free environment is priority, and it's important to me that you experience acceptance, empathy, and be witnessed just as you are. It would be my honor to join you in your journey in cultivating mental and emotional wellness with yourself and those around you. 


Regarding my own background, I am
Korean-American, and was born and raised in the vibrant and diverse environments of New York and Los Angeles. I attained my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, marking the beginning of a fulfilling journey in the field of psychology spanning over a decade. Being a therapist is a joy and deep passion of mine, and I eagerly look forward to meeting you!
